Quality and information

Quality discussions deserve evidence, not slogans.

A procurement decision should rely on the actual product and applicable documents. Where relevant, buyers may need the specification, label, product identity, batch information, packaging description, and contractually required test results or declarations. None should be invented or generalized from one product to another.

Certifications, laboratory results, and regulatory approvals must be published only when corresponding documentation exists and has been reviewed for scope and validity.

Questions to ask

What is the specific product? How is it identified? Which documents support the claims? Which packaging and storage requirements apply? What is a product photograph intended to demonstrate?

We show photographs of PACKMAN packaging and products, and we write the specification into the quotation.

Start with the details you know.

A short, accurate brief is more useful than invented technical details.
